Question: Looking for a Yaoi manga i once read!.!.!.!?

I once read a yaoi manga about a boy forced to be with a business partner of his fathers to get the business to be a partner or something!. Of course the business partner fell in love and though at first the son forced himself to be with the guy and sometimes misbehaved soon the feeling was returned!.
