I love the Twilight series and read all 3 books in a week!. I am already re-reading them!. And I can't stop thinking about them!.
I am wondering if I will like Stephenie Meyer's adult novel "The Host" as much, or will I be disappointed!?Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I personally thought The Host was a little boring at first, but the storyline is really clever!. Therefore, it's hard not to like the book!. If you start to read it and find it a bit lame, get to the middle before deciding whether or not to keep going!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Many people have said that they like it and a lot have actually said that they like it more than the Twilight series!. I've just started reading it last night but I only got past the first chapter!. I will be reading more later!. But yeah, I say go for it because I've heard that Twilight fans aren't disappointed!. Everyone that's reviewed it has said that it starts out real slow and drags for a couple hundred pages but they said that once it finally picks up it's good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Well, I love both the Twilight series and The Host, but it is hard to tell if you will like it!. Since they are both so different in plots, characters and target audience, some who liked the Twilight series may not necessarily like The Host, and vice versa!. Although, I loved it, and personally think you should read it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com well, i am a twilighter too and i have just started the host just to see if maybe i would like it!. i also started it to help ease the pain of waiting for breaking dawn!. i am on page 134 and its good so far!. its defiantly different than twilight and of course not as good, but what book is!? it may seem really stupid in the beginning but now its actually interesting and i really am enjoying it!. its a good book if you like fantasy!. haha i know exactly how you feel!. its like twilight just takes over your mind and wont leave it!. i have re read like all my favorite parts and i know exactly where to find certain things!. i think you should try the host just to see!. you cant really afford to compare it to twilight though, i mean do you honestly think that there is a book out there that is going to be as good!.!. lolWww@QuestionHome@Com I LOVED the Host!. It is one of my faves (after Twilight of course!) It was a little boring at first, but after awhile it got really good!.
