That is Ted Bundy, and I agree with Persiphone!.

This man was truly a good actor; none of those poor women had any clue that he was other than the nice guy he portrayed!. He was a fiendishly clever sociopath who knew how to work the system!. He even received a law degree in prison!. How's that for working the system!?

yes!. ted bundy was a serial killer who took pleasure in killing women!. he was not an average joe!. he was actually involved with politics and law!. thats why no one suspected him!. when he was on trail for murder, he actually represented himself!.
and he was smart!. he knew how to trick his way out of things!. he even broke out of jail of couple times!. even today, no one knows how many women he killed!.
