no!. At first we think he is becasue well he gets "killed" then he comes back which is what a good vilan needs to do!. Then he also secured his soul into 7 pieces which he made sure were hidden well which also makes him good!. also he takes out his biggest threat (Dumbledore :( ) BUt he made one huge mistake which stops be from calling him the perfect villan!. Several times he had harry and he could have killed him but he diddent!. One example is the 5th book harry and voldy are in the grave yard and voldy could have illed him there and then but instead he gave harry the chance to duel which in turn lead to his escape meny times through the book it would have been o so easy for him to kill harry but instead he chose to give harry time whch always lead to harrys escape and voldies down fall!. No!. He spent his whole re-birthed life trying to kill Harry!. What a psycho!. Real villians are bent on killing EVERYONE and ruling the world!. Not trying to kill the same person!. Notice how every villian that gets an obsession with killing one person gets snuck up on by said person, and they get destroyed!.
