How come many people did not like New Moon? I havent read it yet?

Question: How come many people did not like New Moon!? I havent read it yet!?

Please NO SPOILERS!! i havnt read it so please dont ruin it for me!
i just want to know why people didnt really like that book!.

It's slow and near the end things happen all of a sudden and fast (in every book there's some kind of dramatic event) and I honestly was a bit lost while reading about that "dramatic event"!. It was a bit boring because it does drag!. But it's necessary for the next books!. It was my least favorite of the three so far!. You'll know why when you start reading it!. I thought it was a little less exciting than the others except at the end!. But that's probably because Edward!.!.!. never mind!. You have to read it to find out!. Edward does something but I can't tell you 'cause you asked for no spoilers!. But it happens in the first few chapters!. But without what happens in the second book the third wouldn't be as good or dramatic!. And the relationship with Bella and ____ wouldn't be a problem with Bella and Edward!. You'll see!.

New Moon!. Um well!.!.!. how can I say this without giving any of it away!?

Hm, okay!.!.!. a certain character I liked wasn't in the book as much which sucked!. New Moon was sorta slow!. Not that much action, actually no action!. Not much romance!. It was sad and depressing - you'll cry!. I can't tell you why though!. Um!.!. don't get me wrong, I loved the book but it wasn't AS good as Twilight & Eclipse!. Ta-da!Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you can get through the first 100-200 pages without becoming so depressed you lose the will to live, you'll probably like the rest of it, lol ;)

i own all 3 books, and personally everyone else is right!. I think Eclipse, the third one, was the best!. and that new moon was the worst!. i guess you could say it had less action!.!.!.and umph to it!. It was basically just less excitin as it could've been!. But still read it, cuz it's worth that much at least!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, honestly, it depends!. There's alot of depression, but once one of the characters realizes what to do!.!.!.ie, the last 100-200 pages are good!. The rest is kinda blah!. But, it would also depend which character you like!.

I'll put it this way!. If you're doing a book report and looking for themes, New Moon's a great book for themes!. If you're looking for lots of romance, New Moon is not a great book for that!. It was basically very boring sometimes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yeah, it's a LITTLE SLOW SOMETIMES, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DIDN'T LIKE THAT IT WAS DEPRESSING!. I WON'T SAY ANYMORE, BUT THAT'S KIND OF HOW LIKE, 3/4 OF THE BOOK IS: DEPRESSING!.
