But if you're talking about dangerous to the public then I'd have to say Stephenie Meyer because the whole notion of suicide and love being thrown together and being romanticized and okay-ed, that's really scary and morbid!. It exists in real life, but we don't need it romanticized!.

Your questions, which I've noticed out of many, are directed toward insulting Twilight, are about as annoying as all the Twilight fan girls!. No offence though!. I find it kind of comical!. =)

Anne Rice has definitely got that morbid streak going on!. I'm reading Interview with the Vampire now and so far to me Lestat is apathetic and loves drinking human blood and Louis is just enchanting to me!. Yes this novel is more graphic than the Twilight series!. Stephenie Meyer has to keep it a certain rating because of the age group and possibly because of her religious beliefs!. With Anne Rice you feel more free, you're expanded more into a world of vampires that drink human blood and a dark atmosphere, more dark than Twilight!.

I do like Twilight but I'm not obsessed!. They're not the best books ever!.

Stephenie Meyer is really good with the romance; but the whole of her novels don't really focus on the vampirism!. Anne Rice makes it very clear through each and every page of her writings that the characters are, in fact, vampires!.

It just happens that at this point, Stephenie Meyer (although a very good author) is more popular with the general public!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anne Rice, obviously!. I can't stand Twilight!. it's a bit in the blue about the muddled description of vampires!. I'm guessing that she (Stephenie Meyer) either did not research vampires and vampirism carefully or did not care about the myth-facts, for there were several gaping plot holes throughout the book!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anne Rice hands down!. Meyer's is not only romance, but it is young adult romance!. Compared to actual adult paranormal romance she is tame and let's not even go into comparisons with Anne Rice!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
