Name of book with short story about Susan Pevensie?

Question: Name of book with short story about Susan Pevensie!?

There is a (rather large) book of short fantasy/sci-fi stories, but I can;t remember the title of it!. It has a story about Susan Pevensie as an adult, but it isn't written by C!.S Lewis!. The cover is white with some kind of design on it, and I THINK part of the title is 'creatures!.' Anyone know!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
