Isabella "Bella" Swan, moves from sunny Phoenix, Arizona to rainy Forks, Washington to live with her father, Charlie, while Bella's mother, Renée, travels with her new husband, Phil Dwyer, who is a minor league baseball player!. Even though Bella never had many friends in Phoenix, she attracts much curiosity at her new school in Forks and is quickly befriended by several students!. Much to her dismay, several boys in the school compete for shy Bella's attention!.

When Bella sits next to Edward Cullen in Biology class on her first day of school, Edward seems utterly repulsed, even attempting to change his schedule to avoid her!. After tricking a family friend, Jacob Black of the Quileute (pronounced Quil-yoot) tribe, into telling her the local tribal legends (flirting with him to do so), Bella concludes that Edward and his family are vampires!. Although she was inexplicably attracted to him when she thought Edward drank human blood, she is much relieved to learn that the Cullens choose to abstain from drinking human blood, and drink animal blood instead!. Over time, Edward and Bella fall very deeply in love!. Their foremost problem is Bella's "alluring scent", making Edward struggle to resist his desire to kill her!. However, despite this and Bella's strange knack for constantly landing herself in dangerous situations, they manage to stay together safely for a time!.

The seemingly perfect state of their relationship is thrown into chaos when another vampire coven sweeps into Forks and James, a tracker, sets his sights on Bella!. Under the assumption that James has kidnapped her mother, Bella is lured to her former dance studio, where James attempts to kill her!. Edward, along with the rest of the Cullen family, rescues Bella before James can do so!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm with Berry girl on this-- Twilight is AMAZING! Especially if you like Harry Potter!. I am obsessesed with Harry Potter, and I never knew anything could be as good as it, but then i found Twilight, and whole new world was opened up for me!. I have two loves now; Harry Potter AND Twilight!. Moving on: because you like Harry Potter, depending on how old you are, if you are around the ages of 8-12, there are two really good series: A Series of Unfortunate Events or the Children of the Red King Series/The Charlie Bone books!. A Series of Unfortunate Events starts off with the three Baudelair(I hope that's spelled correctly) children are orphaned by a fire that burned down their house and killed their parents!. They were sent to live with their "distant cousin," Count Olaf!. They had never heard of him, and he treated him badly!. The children realized that he was up to something, and found out that he wasn't even related to them, and just wanted their family fortune!. The series is very entertaining and keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through!. Now, The Children of the Red king series is REALLY good too!. The main character is a boy named Charlie Bone who, wait for it--- can hear people in photographs talking! What's happening to him!? Why now!? Since his father died, Charlie Bone lived with his mother and her mother, in the house of his other grandmother, Grandma Bone!. While looking at a picture of a couple with a baby and a cat, he suddenly discovers an extraordinary magical talent -- he can hear their voices!. Although he tries to hide his new gift, Grandma Bone's scary sisters soon find out, and are determined to send him to Bloor's Academy!. Then Mr Onimous appeared, and told Charlie that he had to find the baby from the photograph, lost inside Bloor's!. The mystery deepened when Charlie tried to return the picture to its rightful owner, a bookseller who gave him a heavy box, saying only that it was once swapped for a child!. Charlie quickly found life at Bloor's pretty tough, with it's strict rules and the malevolent head boy, Manfred, set against him!. Then he met someone else with a gift, Gabriel Silk, who could pick up people's feeling from their clothes!. Charlie asks about his father's tie, and Gabriel surprised him by saying his father was lost, not dead!. Mr Onimous' cats had been involved in a mysterious fire at the school, and more frightening than that, Manfred's sinister gift was to be able to hypnotise people!. Exploring on the weekend with his new friends Olivia and Billy, Charlie overheared a conversation between Dr Bloor and Manfred!. They discovered that the cats were eight hundred years old, and that Bloor and Manfred were keeping a girl under hypnosis!. Charlie realized the girl from the photograph must be Emilia Moon and managed to awaken her using the box!. The hypnotism could not be proved to the authorities and the children would have to return next term, once more under the power of Dr Bloor!.!.!. OOOOHHHH!!! Ha, ha!. It's good though, and since you like Harry Potter, you'll probably like these books too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
