Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
I believe the common theme in both novels is Idealism vs!. Reality!. In the novel "Of Mice and Men" tell the story of two simple men who try to escape homelessness, economic poverty, and emotional and psychological corruption!. "Romeo and Juliet" are helpless victims of the arbitrary operation of fate and ends in death like the tragic death that occurred in the other novel!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of mice and men theme:!. Try to understand men, if you understand each other you will be kind to each other!. Knowing a man well never leads to hate and nearly always leads to love!. There are shorter means, many of them!. There is writing promoting social change, writing punishing injustice, writing in celebration of heroism, but always that base theme!. Try to understand each other!.
