If you don't fear plagiarism, you can post it on fictionpress!.com for reviews and editting/critique, plus it's free!.:) The site automatically gives you a copyright, however, that may be enough to stop people from claiming your work!. I think it's fairly rare that work is taken on that site, though!.:P

also, try giving it to an editor to look at!.!.!.:)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to http://absolutewrite!.com and click on the Forums link!. There is a group of forums there called Show Your Work, and in it you can get real feedback on your writing!.

Beware: It's not all sunshine and roses! Critiques can hurt sometimes, but good writers learn how to turn them into a positive force to make positive changes in their writing!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ask them to "edit" or "critique" it for you!. When I know I'm supposed to be editing something, I'm much more willing to criticize then when I'm just asked for a general opinion!. This is especially effective with friends who know their literature and their grammar--they can really, really help you improve your story!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Friends are good, but it would be better to take it a publisher!. They are interested in new authors and if it shows promise, give what you advice as well as possible contract!. Since they are only interested in selling books, what they give you will be solid!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well for one thing you could let us see some of yer book so we CAN give you some suggestions!. DUH! i can criticize it with out knowing what it is at all about!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

give it to a teacher/writing group!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
