Well, as HP, I would certainly have used expelliarmus!. It's the obvious choice!.

What I found amazing is that the supposed "genius" Voldy uses AK - a spell that he *knew* for a *fact* failed to work on HP twice previously!. Now, if there is *1* spell in the *whole* world that he knew he should not use against HP, it was AK!.!.!.
