Question: Is it normal to subdivide books into parts!?
I'm writing a series of books, but I have 9 somewhat separate storylines, and they are too short to be individual books!. I was thinking I could put a few of these parts in a single book!. So, if there were 3 books, each could have 3 of these parts!. Is this normal!? I've never seen it!. Traditionally, of course, books are divided into chapters; doing it in the way I mentioned, the books would be dividided into these 3 seperate parts, and each part would have chapters!. So, I want to know if this has been done before and what terms would I use!? Would I use book 1- part 1, volume 1 - part 1, or something else!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've seen quite a few books seperated into part 1, part 2 and part 3!.
This is normal for books with numerous storylines!. So I would use it in 'part's!.
I hope this has helped!.!.!.keep writing!Www@QuestionHome@Com
