Question: Does anyone know how long it takes for books to go from hardcover to paperback!?
Specifically I am wondering if anyone knows when "Odd Hours" by Dean Koontz will be in paperback!.!.!. but budget doesn't allow me to really splurge on hardcovers, but I can afford a few dollars for a paperback now and then!.

If you don't know when that one is due out, how long, generally, does it take between hard cover and paperback!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am in the same boat as you with the budget thing!. The answer with the links strikes me as a better answer than mine, but I've found it can be anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half for a book to go to paperback!. It sucks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, I couldn't find the exact answer!. But I did find a site that has paperback release dates for a lot of books!. They even have author pages, and I found Dean Koontz there!. Hope this helped!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It usualy takes nearly a year!. And I know how you feel!. Hardcover books are so exspensive these days!. And I find it so bad when I'll be reading a series and the next book will be in hardcover!. The best thing to do is find another book/books to read and wait it out!.

Good Luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Koontz is very popular, so it won't be as long as other authors!. Have you tried the library = its free!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
