Question: Confused about the ELDER WAND in the 7th Harry Potter!!?
Ok, so I know that since dumbledore was killed draco became the true possessor of the wand, but if harry took draco's wand and then used it against voldemort, wouldn't harry be the one holding and using the elder wand, not voldemort!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
Draco never stole Dumbledore's wand!. He became the true possessor when he disarmed Dumbledore!. When that happened, it didn't mean that Draco actually had the wand in his pocket, it that meant that the wand would only properly work with him!.

I believe Voldemort stole the Elder Wand from Dumbledore's grave if my memory's correct!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Draco does not become the true possessor of the wand!. It is not disarming a person that passes along the wand, but defeat!. Draco could not defeat Dumbledore, he was too afraid!. Snape stepped in and killed Dumbledore instead, therefore the wand is his!. Voldemort realizes this, and he realizes the wand will not work for him, only for Snape!. therefore, he only has one choice!.!.!.

I do hope you've read the book if you're reading this!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
