Try the Church Choir Mysteries!. They're published by Guideposts and are by various authors, but all set in a small town!.

also Gilbert Morris has a new series called Cat Detectives!. You may know him from his many Christian historical series, especially the Winslows!.

Finally, there's a new series called the Friday Afternoon Club Mysteries by Cyndy Salzman!.

There are other Christian mysteries but some of them have more violent content or there are non-violent cozies but may not be Christian mysteries, like the Aunt Dimity series by Nancy Atherton!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's kind of tough to recommend mysteries with no violence, as these are frequently murder mysteries!.

If you are open-minded enough to consider Roman Catholics to be part of the community of believers, there's no shortage of ecclesiastical sleuths!. Two of my favorites are Ellis Peters' Brother Cadfael mysteries, and William Kienzle's Father Koesler mysteries!.

Neither focuses much attention to the sanguinary details of the crimes!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There's always Brother Cadfael!.

also, Agatha Christie isn't a _Christian_ writer per se (in terms of necessarily making it a theme of the work), but a lot of her stuff is really good and relatively bloodless!. Start with The Murder of Roger Ayckroyd and/or Ten Little Indians/And Then There Were None!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The Cross and and the Switchblade by Rev David Wilkinson and Nicky Cruz which follows it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
