Question: Vampire book that's NOT twilight!.!.!.!.!.!?

I love twilight and i love Jacob, but i want to read some other Vampire books that will get my mind off of it until "breaking Dawn" comes out!.!.!.!.any ideas!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course, I recommend Dracula first!. It is an awesome book!. But have you tried Rachel Caine yet!? The Morganville Vampires is a series like Twilight only it is college not high school!. Pax-CWww@QuestionHome@Com

I loved the Vampire Diaries!.

Took place in the 1990s!. The golden girl of the town pretty much!.!. wants to date this new mysterious guy who's come from europe or something!. He ends up being a vampire and she gets tangeled up in his past!. It's really cool!. The guys' brother gets mixed up in there too!.

Oh and the House of Night series

Someone mentioned them above!. They're REALLY good!. This girl discovers she's a vampire and she's sent to a school for vampires!. She's like this new special vampire that the goddes Nyyx or somehting has blessed espically!. It's all about her adventures at school!.

Blue Bloods

It's upperclass New York!. Kinda hard to describe!. But very interesting!. There's like!.!.!. 400 Vampires!.!. and they're always reborn!. It's really cool!.

I have something perfect!. there is only two in the series so far but the next one is comming out this summer!. Blue Bloods and it's sequal Masquerade by Melissa De La Cruz!. They too are about vampires and are really good, and suspensful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you haven't read it, I'd highly recommend you read the classic vampire story: Dracula by Bram Stoker!.

You might also try Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles!.
