I'm going to pretend that I'm perusing books in a store when I come across one titled Apocolyptic Chess!. Here is my thought process:

Apocolyptic Chess!. Hmm!. Big first word!. Is this going to be boring and academic!? Wait!. Apocolyptic means end of the world!. I can handle that!. Chess is hinting at some sort of masterminds carefully strategizing moves!. No this is not academic, but it is still boring!. Whats next!?

Seriously--what makes the book special!? I think every sci-fi book is kind of Apocolyptic Chess in a way!. What makes me want yours!. Maybe be more specific!. Like use a chess move!. Death Gambit!. The Rook and the Bishop!. B5 to E4, Checkmate!. Just think of something outrageous and not something "smart"!.
