Question: Anyone who can read txt message symbols!?

i'm reading this book and in the story this girl gets a text message,and this is what it said

the beginning says, "you have" idk what the number is then "i have"
wiv rmt contr 0 in= "with remote control in"
wich we can activ8 mid 0shun = "which we can activate midocean"

i think the text is written like in a british accent
i have an american one
therefore "bort" to me is "bort"Www@QuestionHome@Com

Keep trying for context clues!. I think that'll be your best bet for figuring it out!.
