For the serious satire I would recommend Chuck Palahniuk!. There are tons of old school authors (Orwell, Huxley, etc) that I could recommend to you, but Chuck Palahniuk is an amazing contemporary satirist, and he s really up to speed!. The writing style of his books is a bit weird, but still very awesome!. If you don’t want to take the time at the moment to read his books, you can also watch the movie Fight Club- it is based off of the book he wrote of the same name!.
For the funny satire I would recommend Jhonen Vasquez!. His stories can be a bit loopy, or roundabout, but he is a really good satirist!. His books are, actually, comic books, but if you don’t mind reading comics, it is completely worth it!. He also made a TV show called ‘Invader Zim’ that was really good too, though not as good as his compilation of the JTHM comics!. Try it- he is really good, and you might like it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The absolute best for satire is the British Modernists!.

Evelyn Waugh- A Brit who wrote many books poking fun at American society!. "The loved One" makes fun of funeral homes!. "Scoop" of the newspaper industry!. And many others

Graham Green- Hilarious!. "May We Borrow Your Husband" is a great satire on sexuality!.

This is smart, funny, British satire!. EnjoyWww@QuestionHome@Com

Carl Hiaasen, Christopher Moore!.

Mr!. Hiaasen's best is Lucky You but they all are great!.

Mr!. Moore's best is Lamb but they all are great!.
