What is the name of Ravenclaw's house ghost!? How did she die!?
Does the Maurder's map work when outside of a magical area!? I know it works in Hogsmeade, but if Harry tried to use it at, per say the Dursley's, would it still work!?
Does Hogwarts have a magical band!? I know they have a choir, but what about a band!?

Why does the Triwizard Tournament only have three wizarding schools competing in it!? While reading the books, I was under the impression that there were tons of schools that taught magic!. Are Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang the three main schools!?

2) Marauder's Map - appears to work at any location, although there may very well be a "distance" limit, a point at which it no longer operates because it is too far from Hogwarts!.
3) Choir - strictly a movie invention, neither choir nor band is mentioned in the books!.

4) Dumbly - no, I read the books afterward, and there *do* seem to be *indications* that Dumbly is gay, particularly in the last two books!. I think that JKR was releasing information that she, herself, was using as background when writing the last two books, and possibly earlier ones as well!.
5) Triwizard tournament - well, first, it's the "triwizard" tournament, indicating 3!. Second, there's the whole European Union thing, causing the tournament to be restricted to the 3 European schools of which we are aware!.
6) Cho Chang - no, she remains a spinster her whole life!. Seriously, what do you think!?

i think the map works outside the magical world!.!.!.not sure cause i dont recall harry using it outside!.
yes they have a band: twisted sisters!.!.!.or something that sort!.!.!.check in book 4!.!.!.they appeared in the yule ball!.

there are loads of other schools but i presume it is quite a challenge to recruit students from all the schools for one tournament!. i think it was just something between 3 schools and that's it!. And i do think they are 3 of the greatest schools in the world!.!.!.!.Hermione mentions something in book 4 in the forest right after the world cup!.

To answer the Dumbledor thing, yes, everyone was starting to ignore her!. She wanted all the attention she could, because that's what people with big egos do, so she made a raondom announcement!.
Maybe because there are only 3 wizard school

I would think the map would work at the Dursley's because it's kind of like a security camera except portable!.
What do you mean a magical band!? Like a rock band or a marching band!? If you want there to be than yes, this isn't a real world, its a made up one!.
I think J!.K!. Rowling was just being honest about Dumbledore's sexuality!. If she wanted him to be straight she would have had him married or something!. On the other hand there was no point in saying he was gay in the story because that wouldn't have either helped or moved the story along!.
Maybe those three schools are like any schools say in a state!. If you have a basketball game usually you play against schools that are alike e!.g!. a 2A school only plays a 2A school, not a 5A school!. Understand!?

She stole her mother's diadem and fled to Romania!. Her mother send her suitor after her who couldn't convince her to return and wound up killing her - the bloody baron!.
It's all in Book 7!.
The marauder's map shows only Hogwart's!.!.!. but I'm sure it doesn't need to be in a magical area to work!. Magical objects work of their own power and don't need external magic to power them!.

I think JK announced that Dumbledore was gay to give a better, deeper explanation as to why he got suckered into the relationship with Grindlewald!. We all turn into suckers when we're emotionally involved with somebody and don't always think perfectly straight!.
I would guess that the three schools competing would be the largest in Europe!? I think it's tree schools because the book would have been endless if she had all magical schools competing!.
As to Cho Chang - who knows! JK Rowling could write entire books about the outcome for every one of the Hogwarts characters!.!.!. but wouldn't that be boring!? I'd much rather make up my own ending!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
