There are 2 parts to the books!.

The first part is just "The Spiderwick Chronicles"!.
The second part is "Beyond the Spiderwick Chronicles"
Both parts are written by the same authors, Holly Black and Tony DiTerzzeli!. The second part is only part-way connnected to the first!. The second has different characters!.

This part of the series is made up of these 5 books!.

The Spiderwick Chronicles: The Field Guide
" : The Seeing Stone
" : Lucinda's Secret
" : The Ironwood Tree
" : The Wrath of Mulgarath

The second part is made of the following , so far, 2 book:

Beyond the Spiderwick Chronicles: The Nixie's Song
" : A Giant Problem (Due out on Sept!. 16, 2008)
