Question: How do I give my photos "textures" on Gimp2!?
I'm not very experienced with this stuff and I see people giving their photos "textures" to make it look like it's old and worn and such!. I have the actual worn-paper-looking textures, but what do I do on Gimp 2 to add them to the photo itself, or whatever it is that's happening!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Create a new layer, copy and paste the texture onto that layer, adjust to desired opacity and erase with a sponge like brush the areas you want to appear sharper and less textured!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

either create textures with filters, and/ or use clip art patterns as layer overlay modes,
