How do I open RAW in Photoshop?

Question: How do I open RAW in Photoshop!?

I have Photoshop Elements 6!. I can not open my RAW files in Photoshop!. When I try to open the shots of my kids this is what appears:

You need to download and install the Camera Raw 4!.3!.1 update from Adobe!.

You can download the update and view the list of compatible cameras here: http://www!.adobe!.com/support/downloads/d!.!.!.
