My son is turning 2, he has a brother that's 8, and I want to make a blanket with pics of the boys and their dad!. u know the one with the fleece material and tasseled ends!? I want to do it as an early valentines gift since they dont have a pic of all three of them together!. You can't use fleece to put the pictures on!. You need either a natural muslin type of fabric, or white cotton!. Pre wash and dry the fabric, no fabric softener!.

Go to an office supply store and buy the special paper to print digital transfers right from your printer!. Get the correct type for your printer!.

Print the pictures, be sure to flip the image (reverse it)!. Print some extra images to practice with on your fabric!.

Follow directions on paper pkg for pressing onto fabric!. Practice with scraps of fabric first!. These can be tricky!.

I highly recommend taking it all to a screen printer or a copy shop that has a transfer press and pay them a small fee to press them for you!. Many of them will do the whole process, scanning, printing, pressing etc!. if you bring the fabric!.

Save the fleece fabric for your quilt backing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
