Yes it is!. It cuts out background so that we can concentrate on the girl's face!. And her expression seems to be saying 'Mmm, I'm not sure I believe you'!. I like it and I can see why you do!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's a good portrait of that person but as far as being a photograph in general, there's not enough background or anything else to really show a certain mood or feeling!. So I would have to say no, it's not a good photograph in the artistic sense!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
