What I see when I look at your drawing is some hesitation in your strokes!. Practice drawing faces until you feel confident in the features!. Confident lines will improve your work!. Other than that you have a great foundation so far, keep improving!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i am assuming you are just starting out , by the "tone" of your question!. for a budding artist these are VERY GOOD!. i agree that your strokes have hesitation, and it of course depends if your doing an outline drawing or if you are trying to do a filled in drawing, as far as shading!. your off to a great start any way, and your "outline drawings" are a great basis to work off of!. something i like to suggest , to help you to be able to see the proportions of your picture, is by practice drawing a picture of something upside down!. this helps to Develop the right side of the brain, and how to draw -spatially- i have been drawing for many years, but you gotta start somewhere!. i was able to open both of the pic you did , but only the first with the original
XX just took a second look , the first pic has confident lines, the second, i wish i could get the Original open, i see where there is distortion, but some times the picture is distorted, and makes it difficult to draw, because it doesn't make sense in your brain,,, so using something else, try the upside down trick, and draw it as fast as you can and put in as much detail, limit your self about 10=12 minutes,,, then go back to your drawing and see if you notice how now your brain understands the spaces rather than its a "nose, with lips"
XX many great artist use mostly outline drawing or painting,
like Matisse
are you on a time constraint!? or a deadline!? if not put it away for a couple days, and come back to it, if you are limited on time!. step way back to look at it, comparing it to the original (in your hand , if possible)Www@QuestionHome@Com

um, well i wouldn't call them drawings!. they are probably more of sketches!. you need more detail!.!.!. i mean, you got the basic outline of the drawings!.!.!. but you need way more!. details and shading really help!. they are good for simple sketches though! hope i didn't offend you!.!.!. i am a huge fan of art and it's just my opinion!. :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes- you can definitely tell who the characters are!. I like the style you drew them in, but you could also try shading or coloring them in too!. I went to school for art- i love drawing too!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yeah your really good! Tim Burton characters are pretty hard to draw but you did really well!. Love the one of Johnny btw ;)Www@QuestionHome@Com
