What can I sculpt from wire?

Question: What can I sculpt from wire!?

In my sculpture class, I have to sculpt something out of 25 ft of copper wire!. Any ideas!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

In my 3d class last year we built huge blown up versions of the way germs or bacteria look under a microscope out of wire!. It was really fun!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Be creative and inventive!. Unless you were instructed to do so, don't make your sculpture a replica of another object!. Change the proportions, make the size bigger or smaller, etc!. For example, if you were to make a person, wind the wire so the legs/forearms are much larger than they would actually be!. Or give it giant feet!.

It could be a tiny kite with a very long tail!. Try to look objects around you with that in mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Make a cube!. Draw it out first and then measure twice and cut once!. Assemble, secure with epoxy glue and you will have a copper wire cube!. The cube will be small!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
