Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hi, I live in Portugal and we don't have access to the variety of products that you have in USA, however you may have to slightly sand the chrome, degrease it and apply an etching primer or a special paint that will stick to chrome!. Maybe the people at Krylon (in case you want to use spray) may help you!. A paint manufacturer will also be abble to help you although usually their products only come in bottles too big for this case!. I guess that there are etching primers that are already pigmented!.
