Question: What can I add to this picture!?

I drew this picture for my guy friend!. I was calling him a stalker jokingly and he was talking about standing outside my window while I was sleeping!. I based it on two of Kurt Halsey's drawings!. Did not trace!. What else can I put into the picture to make it look nicer!?
What's something cute I can write on it too!.!.
