Question: The best LAPTOP or software for photo editing/viewing!?

What is the highest quality laptop for editing & viewing photos!?
also, what is the best program to use to edit photos!?!?

Actually many people have told me that photoshop CS runs better on a PC than a mac!. I cannot speak for this personally as I have only used PC
Some things to look for
1) fast processor preferably dual core
2) lots of RAM 3 or 4 meg at least
3) large hard drive
4) fast DVD burner
5) XP pro operating system if its a PC because vista drops monitor calibration profiles every time you get a security warning,!.
6) good graphics card

The best editing program is photoshop CS, Capture NX is also good but most photographers really can do all they need with photoshop express and maybe an addon for it like onone softwares essenstialsWww@QuestionHome@Com

No laptop is going to come with Photoshop, or any editing program that's honestly worth using!. When you talk of laptops, Toshiba is the best brand in my Laptop experience!. I have one with 4GB RAM, and 260GB of space, it's a very good laptop!. It's GREAT for viewing your photographs!. Now, when it comes to editing them, Photoshop is the Best tool you can use!.
