If it is a solid color, that is, the photo was taken against a green/blue screen, then there is some basic photo editing software that can do it!. Look for a "chroma key" tool!.

Otherwise, cutting out the image and sticking it on a different background is something you can do with Microsoft Paint !.!.!. but it will look stupid!. If the photo was not taken against a background meant to be edited (solid bright green or bluescreen), there is no way to just change the background!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are a number of photo editing software out there including some online for free such as gimp or you can use MS paint and erase the background and then copy the rest to to whatever background you want, simple but will take you a while to do!. There are lots of different ways, if you dont have an expensive program like corel or adobe try Gimp its free and not to badWww@QuestionHome@Com

You can do it some professional soft-wares like adobe photoshop!. it will change the background!. so it is possible but for this u should know the software and must have it or u can take help from any of ur friend who have the software!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
