I have a report on him too!. In the odd chance that you are a student at Lincoln University i would recommend visiting the Lady in charge of the archives at Page Library!. They have a little bio information on him!. I do think they are rather thin on material about James Dallas Parks on the internet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
