Can I save different profiles with set specifications on a nikon D40?

Question: Can I save different profiles with set specifications on a nikon D40!?

I just got a new D40!.!.!.
Can I save different combinations of things like ISO, white balance, or other effects for use in the future!?

Like for example!.!.!. if I put together a combination of these factors that produce a picture that I like, can I save these specifications for future use!? Or do I have to adjust it every time I want to trake that type of picture!?
