painting program that would be good for anime drawings?

Question: What is a free drawing/painting program that would be good for anime drawings!?

I want to start speed drawing/coloring videos on youtube, but i don't want to invest the money into it until i know that is something i would really like to do!. I need a few programs that are easy to use, and will look good!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yeah i hear gimp is good too!. I'm going to do the same thing, but to save money until i know i'm popular i'm just scanning each "layer" step that i do and then put it all in powerpoint and then put that online!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
