Do you mean the Rotterdam academy!? I don't recall him meeting anyone else!. I know once he moved to Paris, he quickly met all the fauvists artists and exhibited with them!.

For Picasso, they had met each other at exhibitions but they really got acquainted once Van Dongen and Guus moved to the bateau-lavoir in Montmartre, in the same building!.

There was a huge Van Dongen exhibition in Monaco this year that ended in september!. He's finally getting more attention, he was always in the main fauvists shadow!. I Love "l'ecuyer", one of my favourite paintings!Www@QuestionHome@Com
