Question: Drawing equipment - what kind should i get!?

i'm unsure of what kind of pencils to buy for drawing!. i want some for shading, mostly!. and in general, anything i might need for creating beautiful works of art :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

You're looking for the B range, these are soft graphite and you can go from a very heavy line to very fine shading with them!. Get a couple of 4Bs, a couple of 6Bs and if you can, a couple of 8Bs!.

You could also try conte pencils, these come in different colours!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

if you're looking for a brand name, derwent or general are both decent!. i prefer derwent!. Check out DickBlick!.com for these and others!. The more the cost, generally, the better they are!. i usually stick to the high-mid high range!. if you're looking for cheaper, but still ok, general is alright!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
