No! Paint is not safe to use on any living thing!.

Not only is there the risk of ingestion, but the chemicals can be absorbed through the skin which would then poison the creature!. There is also the risk of unbalancing their bodily equilibrium by blocking sweat pours!. It can also damage fur, and there is also the risk of an allergic reaction which could lead to death!.
