anywayyy ive been looking at peoples bebo and have spotted some really nice bright pics like this one>>>

so i think they edited it because you cant get a bright pic like that!.and also several otheres on her bebo are like that brightness!.i have jasc psp9 will that be ok to edit it in this way!?

It most certainly can come out that bright in-camera!. However, the saturation was raised to an absurd level!. I don't know how to find it in your program, but it should be easy enough!. Right next to contrast, brightness, and those kind of settings!. All it is, is a slider!. At one end, your photo will be B&W; at the far right, your photo will be bleeding colour out onto your keyboard!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Simply put this in your PSP program, heighten the saturation then the contrast!.
