You can google it and find books on it, though I've found different sources say different things!.
This is what I've read and found to be true:

Yellow is the most depressing colour!.

Green is a very eerie colour, and can make someone that's feeling bad feel even worse!.

Black is obviously the darkest and scariest colour!.
White is obviously the brightest and most comforting colour

Red is not a calming colour, but that doesn't mean that it makes people angry

I don't know much about the positive feelings that come from colours, that doesn't interest me :)

There is no definitive symbolism attached to colours!. It depends on the context in which they are used!. However!.!.!. VanGogh's favorite colour was yellow as it represented sunshine to him!.
