Question: View on photo retouching!?

Im doing a report on body image and hows its affected by photo retouching in the media!.
Please give me your honest views and opinions!
I can argue the for and against but id like to hear some views from people who are between the two!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thankfully, I have come to the conclusion that people can't be THAT perfect, and that pretty much every photo I see has been "doctored"!.
Now that I know how to do those things myself (i!.e!. the photoshopping part), I am much more aware of that fact, and don't feel anywhere near as inadequate in comparison!.

I feel sorry for people who still think that what they see is real, and I know there are tons of people left who never consider what can be done and what IS being done to those photos!.

There is no going back, no advertising company or model or studio or anybody else will go back to to depicting the truth!. So we might as well face it and just make sure to spread the word that what we see is an illusion!. We need to help people understand that they are NOT seeing any real person in those glamorous shots!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
