Question: What was your best junk store camera find!?

A zeiss Contaflex twin lens 35mm camera for $7!.50!. Yes, that is seven dollars and fifty cents!. That camera was one of a very small production run in either 1935 or 1936 and was the very first camera with a built in light meter!. It had a problem in that is was taken off a German soldier who had been shot and in falling, there was damage to the waist level finder!. I sold the camera in Europe for $800 and very recently saw it being sold again, literally stripped, for $100!. The light meter worked, the lens was accurate and aside from the damage to the camera, it was supurb!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

A broken 50mm lens (the aperture is stuck wide open) for under $5!.00, which I am using for reverse lens macro photography!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
