Question: Can you make old picture,look like new!?

when i was cleaning our garage i found a picture of me and mom i was just 4 yrs old and its so sweet and everything!. the picture looks so old and not pleasing to look at!. but still u can see the person!. how can i make it look like new!? im planning to put it on frame!. tnxWww@QuestionHome@Com
