This is either a 2 or three light set-up!. You do not need a fancy high power strobe system for this!. A solid white background being lit from both sides with incandescent light (one light closer than the other) and difusers on the lights to soften it and not cast shadows!. A third light could also be used just to light the background!. New flourescent light bulb are also available for photography!.

if you want to be hired i suggest you take a college course on photography and maybe some agencies will hire you

I'm sorry but chances are if you need to ask this question than you probably are not ready to take on all of the other aspects of the business!. If you are not trying to get in the business than all you need to do is start slow!. Look into lighting, cameras, lenses!. Educate yourself and grow as you learn!.
