Question: Why do Greek statues' penises appear to be so small!?
I was just curious, was it an honorable thing to have!? Or did the sculptor simply not want to sculpt that particular part so much!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the established scholarship on this is that large penises were out of fashion; the Greeks thought of them as being too bestial!. Remember that "barbarian" cultures were still making statues with giant phalli to represent virility; the Greeks saw themselves as being more modern and refined!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
