Question: How can I model for photographers in training [students, etc!.] in my area!?
I'm hoping to get some pictures done so I can get more modeling work, however I don't have $500 - $1000 to throw around on pictures right now, being a college student!.

Does anyone know if there is a website or facebook group that links up photographers-in-training [students or other LEGIT things like that] with models for free!? Then it's a win-win!.!.!. they get experience, I get experience and everyone's happy :)!.

Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm actually looking for such a model, but it's quite a stretch that you live in the area!. Craigslist is a good option, and that's been said!. The site Model Mayhem http://www!.modelmayhem!.com/ is useful!. I hear many professionals recommend it!. I'm pretty sure it's free to join!. Not all the models or photographers work for free, but they'll list what kind of work they want to do or have done on their profile!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Someone already suggested Model Mayhem and that is a great site!. Another good one is OneModelPlace!.com!. Look for models that want to build thier portfolio and are willing to do TFCD or TFP work!. Make sure you have model releases for this type of work signed by the photographers and the models as to terms and uses for the photos!. If you need a sample for the release let me know I can email you one!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Many photographers advertise on sites like craigslist!. Look for student photographers who need the experience!. And take a friend or make sure you know for a fact that the photographer is legit!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

go directly to your local schools talk to the teachers and students there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
