How should I do this project for Art class?

Question: How should I do this project for Art class!?

this is the picture I'm using (it's my brother)
i don't know whether to use paint, watercolors, oil pastels, inks, colored pencils, etc!.
so my first question is, what method should I use for this!.

my second question is to what i should change the background to!.
i want to get rid of the grass/weeds behind him, and change it to something cool, any suggestions!?

I think colored pencils are easier to use (my opinion) I guess it all depends on how you want the picture to come out!.!.!.bright and viberant (oip paints) etc!.

Experiment with some of the materials you mention first to find out which you are happiest working with!. Try just a small part of the image at first and don't be afraid of making a mess, you might be surprised with what you can achieve!.
For the background it might be good to consider something that is connected to your brother, that he likes, is keen on or says something about his personality!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

aww, he looks a lot like my brother when he was little! I would do it in either acrylic paint or oil pastels because it looks like it would be better in brighter richer colors!. I'm not sure about what to do for the background!.!.!.he looks like he has an attitude though, like he's thinking "yeah, I'm cool" lol Maybe you could have him leaning up against a motorcycle or something that would play off of his attitude!. =DWww@QuestionHome@Com
