yes, most definitely!. Google ABAMA or Anvil fire!. Both are good blacksmithing websites!.
There are actually whole magazines dedicated to knife and sword making!. Check out blade magazine!.
Then there are artists who use blacksmithing as their main method!. Albert Paley and Elizabeth Brim are two well known examples!. There is still a market for custom made iron work!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are a few!. People still buy horseshoes and other things (and have them shod by the smith as well - some farriers double-specialize as blacksmiths)!.

And, some people do still buy swords!. Just go to a Renaissance Festival and look around!.

Here's a sword and armor forge in Texas!. Some of their swords go for literally tens of thousands of dollars!. (When few people can make swords by hand anymore, and you want a quality handmade sword, you have to pay for it!)

Blacksmiths also known as "farriers" are still very much in demand!.
I have even watched a Blacksmith contest!.
Look up farriers and you will see what they do!.
