From what I understand, many companies prefer the entire design solution!.

I suppose it would be advantageous as you will probably have the ability to create a brand identity too!. This could add more to your range of skills and allow you to be a one stop solution!.

I have dabbled in both on a basic amateur level and it is an extra challenge to design graphics and web images around the limitations of browsers and web design!.

I personally feel it would be worth it, certainly if the market demands it where you are and there are programs out there such as Adobe Dreamweaver which would take the strain out of coding etc!.!.!.

Although I am not an authority to say for certian I hope this is ofsome help!
