Pen shading techniques?

Question: Pen shading techniques!?

I want to get better with using pens so is there a website that teaches you different pen shading techniques (Like cross-etching!.!.!.forgive me if thats not what its called!.)!? I want to start making comics and such but I'm inexperienced with using a pen (which is what I would use!.) Please include a link!
