This can be a little difficult if you are not used to Photoshop!.
What I would do is open the picture, go to select then color range!. A box will pop up and you can play with the options until you get what you want selected!. Then go to select then inverse, this will select everything that you want to change to black and white!. Go to your layers palet and at the bottom there is a adjustment tab click on that and then choose black and white, the options should already be set!. Hope this helps, good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

It should actually be fairly quick and easy, depending on the shape of the object that has the color you want to isolate!. I know it isn't that hard, because it has a similar concept to creating a blur effect around an object, which I've done while experimenting with Photoshop!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
